Our motto as we now begin the true beginning of the summer real estate market in Durango is: Although we can't Predict, we can Prepare! As the selling season begins, I want to remind you of the outstanding multi-pronged marketing that I have in place both through the Wells Group and through my office. Print advertising is also very strong, with full page advertising every Sunday in the Durango Herald, stimulating inquiries that benefit all listings. The Wells Group Real Estate Guide was published this past Sunday, which is a great kick-off piece to what we hope will be a busy summer. I believe my own internet presence and website (durangorealproperty.com) is second to none in La Plata County and I consistently receive compliments on how easy it is to find and navigate. The listings with my office are viewable 24 hours a day/7 days a week. As a final example, my office also sends hundreds of email blasts each week to all area real estate agents featuring changes and updates in the real estate market. In short, I believe our marketing systems are working round the clock to effectively market the properties we list and to help the buyers we serve.
